Hearts Aware exists because finding people who genuinely understand autism, sensory needs, nonspeaking and unreliable-speaking communication, and complex support shouldn't be exhausting.
We are a quiet, awareness-led directory for mothers, carers and families of autistic children and adults, and for autistic adults seeking support for themselves. We connect you with helpers who already speak the language of your household: sensory regulation, AAC, predictable routines, gentle transitions, low-arousal environments.
Hearts Aware is intentionally not a booking agency. We don't manage schedules, payments, contracts or messaging. Families and helpers find one another and make their own arrangements privately, as adults, outside the platform. This keeps things human, simple and on your terms.
What we do offer is a calmer place to look, built with sensory-friendly spacing, plain language, and respect for the energy it already takes to be a SEND family.
